Booking terms:
25% deposit to be paid upon booking, and balance is payable 10 weeks prior to holiday commencement date.
refundable deposit to be paid with final payment, and will be refunded within 3 days from vacating the property.
Any damages will be deducted from the deposit.
If an owner had to cancel the booking, every effort will be made to find an alternative similar property, failing that, full refund will be issued.
Availability calendar for every property is not available, please let us know your preferred dates, and the property, and we will let you know if property is available. This will eliminate double bookings.
As most owners have advertised their property on other sites, and availability calenders are not always accurate.
Check in and out
Check in is normalyy at 15:00 and checkout at 10:00 am.
If an earlier check in or a later checkout is required, then please mention at time of booking.

Should a holidaymaker who has made a booking for your property cancel that booking then the below criteria will come into effect

once paid, it will not be refundable.
