There is a bus stop at the top of the Uranisation with regular buses into Mijas.

The living and dining areas are light and spacious, with plenty of seating to accommodate the villas guests. The lounge is expansive making it the perfect gathering place for friends and family. Large double doors open through to the upper terrace where you will find places to sit and relax, enjoy a meal, or lie back on one of the sun loungers and soak up the Costa’s abundant sunshine. The lounge has a TV and the villa is equipped with WiFi and sound system. The lounges large windows offer views across to the mountains of Mijas. Any cooler nights are easily dealt with by the cosy fire.
The impressive kitchen with its centre island offers lots of surface space. The kitchen is well fitted and appointed with all modern conveniences and appliances including the all-important dishwasher. There is a utility room that offers an additional fridge freezer and houses the washing machine. There is a built-in microwave and fridge freezer. There is a good amount of storage for stocking up on local delicacies that can be bought from the Mijas markets. Guests can also sit at the island or a small breakfast table.
The master bedroom is located on the same ground floor level as the living areas and commands inspiring views from its bedroom windows and patio doors that lead out onto the balcony. The bedroom has its own ensuite with a large bath, shower and double basin sink. The second and third bedrooms are located on the first floor both of which have en-suites with showers. The second bathroom has a double bed whilst the third bedroom offers three singles. Both bedrooms have balcony access, perfect for a morning coffee.
The fourth bedroom is on the lower floor of the villa and is a self-contained studio that has direct access out onto the pool and lower terrace. There is a kitchenette along with two double beds and shower room.
The colonial style veranda has a comfortable shaded seating area making it a relaxing and peaceful spot to spend some time out of the mid-day heat. There is also an area that isn’t shaded that really is the ideal sun trap and offers sun loungers for those looking to top up their tan.
The pool and lower terrace are on the same level as bedroom 4. The pool is a good size and is surrounded by terracing. There is a good-sized terrace area with a covered wooden pergola for outside dining along with a large gas BBQ.
The tree and bush lined perimeter offers privacy but also beautifully natural surroundings. The grounds have well established local flora and fauna that blossoms throughout the Spring and Summer.
